How I help

I've worked with florists, ceramicists, cake studios, hat makers, family farms, herbalists, and photographers. What they have in common: real craft, real customers, and a website that needs to actually work.

Before anything gets built, I ask a lot of questions. What are you trying to accomplish? Who's buying from you, and how? What do you need to be able to maintain after I'm done? The build follows the answers (not the other way around).

I work asynchronously where possible, communicate clearly in writing, and flag complexity before it becomes a problem.

Audit & rebuild
For your existing site needs some love. I'll look at what you have, identify problems and rebuild with intention. More structural than cosmetic. Visitor flow, calls to action, page clarity, and how your site supports how your business actually works.
Pre-launch & publish
Your site is almost ready, now let's launch it! This focused session includes a full site review, edits and optimizations, time to answer your questions, and technical domain connection handled. Perfect for anyone who desires a calm launch day rather than white-knuckling it.

All new sites are built on a premium Squarespace template. I'll research options, ask the right questions about your brand and workflow, and recommend what fits. If your budget allows for custom design work, I'm happy to connect you with designers I trust.

Hey, I’m Anna

I've been helping small businesses with marketing, operations, and admin since I was legally old enough to work in the state of Colorado.

While I've been an official Squarespace Circle member since 2019, the instinct to understand how a business actually runs before touching anything has been there the whole time.

All projects are overseen by my two canine supervisors who travel with me in my camper van/mobile office. I keep a small client roster, and give every project my full attention. I'm not a generalist agency. I'm one person who asks good questions, thinks in systems, and builds things that actually reflect how you work.
